Sun. Wind. BESS.

Solar power

Our development team creates a large-scale photovoltaic/hybrid/storage projects > 10 MWp from land acquisition, through the assessment of the area in terms of feasibility, insolation, and possibility of connection to the grid, also via cable pooling, we obtain administrative decisions, including environmental decisions, we agree energy conditions with the energy recipient, prepare documentation for obtaining a building permit.

Wherever agreed with the investor we are prepared to enter the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) phase and continue construction of prepared PV/storage project until the ready to suite or ready to use phase.  Project by project can vary significantly.

Wind power

Before entering into solar projects the team members did over 400 MW in wind development and over 1000 MW in other wind site evaluations.

Typical scope of activities included:

· site evaluation regarding, first of all location wind conditions (Wind Farmer) and grid connection possibilities,

· next was an economic and financial modelling, including debt service analyses,

· and followed by correctness of administrative processes concerning environmental procedure and decision, spatial planning/location decision, grid connection terms and connection agreements, designing, construction permits, auction prequalification or cPPA's.

BESS

We design an energy storage systems for each of our large-scale projects, because we believe that energy storage allows us to increase the profitability of electricity production.

Poland is currently in the early stage of its journey towards achieving a highly penetrated merit order with large-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The Polish national regulatory authority (URE) has approved the new Terms and Conditions for Balancing, which were introduced on June 14, 2024. This enables these assets to participate in grid balancing and congestion management (e.g. FCR, Frequency Containment Reserve and RR, Replacement Reserves) as well as price arbitrage.
